This state-of-the-art children’s museum, which opened at the end of April 2022, boasts 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor activity, including two floors packed with hands-on exciting exhibits and an outdoor adventure zone with a double-decker carousel.
The brand-new museum is fun for children of all ages, from babies to teens. The diverse, interactive exhibits include everything from a Courage Climber to Mars Academy to lego rooms and STEAM labs. Even better? Daily admission is only $10! Reservations are required (and tickets go fast!), so purchase tickets ahead of time.
Another new High Point hot spot to check out is Ziggys Space, an outdoor live music venue in downtown High Point. Here you’ll find family-friendly concerts throughout the year, with performances by both well-known and upcoming artists, ranging from country to reggae to rock and everything in between.
Outdoor Fun
If you and your kiddos love agritourism destinations where you can enjoy a fun, hands-on experience with nature, High Point has just what you’re looking for! Locals and visitors from all over love to visit All-A-Flutter Farms, a butterfly and pollinator agritourism farm located less than 10 miles from downtown.
