Yumi (pronounced yoo-mee) Sushi seeks to create sushi, poke bowls, sake cocktails, and boba tea as beautiful as they are delicious. This new addition to Stock and Grain is founded by Jessica and Hsiao Shan Chen, who have more than 20 years of experience between them. They pride themselves on using only fresh, real, and high-quality ingredients.
