The High Point Arts Council is a united arts council with five affiliated arts organizations – Carousel Theatre, High Point Ballet, High Point Community Concerts, High Point Community Theatre, and Piedmont Artists – that provide arts education, programming, and performances for the community.

The High Historical Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1966 by citizens concerned about preserving the history of the area. It is dedicated to collecting and preserving artifacts representative of Greater High Point’s History for exhibit at the Museum. It is the only organization in High Point which seeks to broadly collect artifacts reflecting the diverse population and heritage of the entire community.
The High Point Market is the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world, bringing more than 75,000 people to High Point, North Carolina, every six months. Serious retail home furnishings buyers, interior designers, architects, and others in the home furnishings industry can be found in High Point twice a year because if you can’t find it in High Point…it probably doesn’t exist.
