High Point Welcomes the Miss North Carolina Tour

Each summer, High Point becomes the radiant stage for Miss North Carolina and Miss North Carolina’s Teen, as more than 75 contestants descend on the city for a week of scholarship competitions, talent showcases, and community events. With private interviews, preliminary rounds at the High Point Theatre, and a public “Welcome to High Point” celebration at Stock + Grain, this pageant week not only spotlights local culture and hospitality—it also brings an estimated $2 million in economic impact through lodging, dining, and foot traffic.
